    • Safeguard your item by packing it securely within a durable paper box. It is always advisable to utilize a double-boxing method for added protection.
    • When selecting a shipping service, opt for one that offers insurance coverage matching the declared value specified in the repair form.
    • Ensure your item is shipped with both insurance and tracking capabilities. We recommend utilizing either FEDEX or UPS overnight services, or alternatively, USPS Registered and Insured Service.
    • For security and discretion, it is imperative to avoid any wording on the package labeling that may inadvertently allude to the presence of valuable goods. Refrain from using sensitive terms such as "jewelry," "gold," "gem," "diamond," etc., anywhere outside of the package.
