Adorning the center of our handmade 18K white gold ring is a magnificent and rare red beryl gemstone. The center stone is set in an octagonal mounting and weighs 0.73 carats. Red beryl is a rare variety of beryl that requires a unique geological environment to form, usually found only in Utah. Our red beryl has a rich saturated red color running throughout with lighter red overtones shimmering through as the light passes over the gem. This gemstone has been thought to known to impart strength of purpose and courage to its wearer. It is also known to expand upon the innate qualities of unconditional love and respect for life, encouraging harmony and cooperation with others. The center stone mounting and the ring shank contains 66 round diamonds weighing 0.78 carats. The ring shank is interesting because it splits at the center stone into two shanks and then rejoin together at the bottom of the ring.
